Pathway Home Summer Updates: Big Shifts and Big Needs Just 6 months ago, we opened in a permanent Sharpsburg location. And the journey continues. Big Shift: Our wonderful Resident Administrator Sarah Brayan will be leaving us to pursue a new direction with more missions and international focus. She has served well in helping establish this new season of Pathway Home. The ladies and I are eternally grateful for her love, sacrifice and dedication. New Leader: Miraculously, the Lord has brought a wonderful lady, Diann Hall, to take on the role, living on site. For years, she worked in the social services world, so she has skills and a heart for our population. We are so happy for her willingness to answer God’s call. Diann will begin moving in the 1st of August. Help will be needed to prepare the space and to move her belongings. Please email if you are available for the Aug. 1-2 time frame. BIG NEEDS: Ownership has its opportunities. Funds and laborers are urgently needed for: Immediate Need: Washing Machine! Computer tower for office: $ 500 Self-monitoring alarm system, especially for the night time: $600 New air conditioning units: $ 4000 Carpet for living room: $500 Good condition seating for activity room: couch, love seat, comfortable chairs Supplies of paper goods, laundry soap, art materials, journals, books for curriculum. Plumbing work: major work possible—the right person at the right price needed House painted in the fall: a team of volunteers and supplies (thinking ahead here) Sponsorships for ladies without family support: $350 monthly for each lady How can you help with these needs? Update on the ladies: We have five courageous women in our Home who are making great progress toward healing and purpose. Their change, however, does not come without a fight. So humbly, we ask for your prayer support so that the ladies to embrace all that God intends. Really, we need to live in a river of breakthrough. Breakthrough in healing hearts. Breakthrough in resources and finances. Breakthrough in revelation of God’s love and identity in Him. May we swim in a Spirit of Wisdom and Revelation.
