Patience is a virtue, perhaps the most respected - TopicsExpress

Patience is a virtue, perhaps the most respected one. Impateince breeds irrationality and inefficiency. What better example than AAP. The party that started as harbinger of clean and efficient politics has come down to the level of mundane symbolic politics. The recent Loksabha ticket declarations have been alleged of the usual high command decision making in politics. Does it sound democratic? No. We all know how AAP governed Dilli. With a eye on populism and another on LokSabha election, it completely disregarded popular economic doctrine of economic growth and prosperity. Efficient? No. The question is, where is the EFFICIENT and DEMOCRATIC party, for which I rallied at India Gate? I wished that AAP, after winning Delhi election would govern dilli in line with the ideals it claimed to represent, and make it a model state for other to follow. But its impatience has lured it to jump into LokSabha election and what followed was just common day politics, which might be clean, but not efficient and in any way, democratic. -A disillusioned supporter.
