Patient 48 years, was sick from the beginning of October 2014, when he noticed the emergence of persistent headache. Then he noticed the appearance of a constant feeling of thirst, increase in daily urine output (up to 5 liters per day - mostly at night). From mid-October he also developed coughing, with small amount of transparent sputum, fever up to 38C, continued headache. He took NSAIDs by himself with no effect. By the end of a month he decided to visit doctor and was send to inf dis hospital with suspicious on meningitis. At admission he had complains on a headache, polyuria, nasal congestion, fever up to 38C. Objectively without features, meningeal signs questionable. Performed x-rays of the lungs and head. 1. What is your conclusion about these Xrays? 2.What is your differential diagnosis in this case? 3. What is your investigation plan?
