Patient Experience Administrator Apprentice •To provide administration support within locality office minute taking, diary management and organising meetings and events. To be first point of contact for patients, carers staff and the public, where appropriate assign to relevant team members. •This post is based in Canterbury. •Your duties: to gather and collate information from surveys, minute taking, organizing meetings and events, to maintain accurate activity record and assist in reporting, to populate and maintain the database and to book venues and arrange refreshments which may include coordinating with other professionals and agencies. •The training provided will give you the opportunity to work towards a Level 2 Diploma in Business Administration. •You must have excellent IT skills including managing a database, an understanding of working with a complex, high profile and politically sensitive environment, good communication skills, the ability to analyse complex information and excellent interpersonal and listening skills. •GCSE Grade A-C (or equivalent) in Maths & English is required. •You must have the ability to meet deadlines, be unbiased, a team player and responsive to pressure and working within a pressurised environment. •This is a 12 month apprenticeship contract with the possibility of securing a permanent position in the future. •Working week: Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm (37 hours) •Weekly wage: £98.05 To apply please send your CV to [email protected] or call 01227 811275
