Patty and Erin, I hope the rest of your week goes well. This is actually a Sandwich that I label and give full credit, the “Colleen Lang” Special and DAMN good……….. Beano’s Original Sub Dressing ½ pound-Thin and Trim Santa Fe Turkey Breast Helmans Mayo-because I think it is the best Spinach-layer heavily 2-Tomatoes-slice thin Scala Bread 3 slices of Maple Ham ¼ Pound of Mild Provolone Orange Pepper-slice thin-Nice and SWEET Bacon You can use whatever meats, cheese, veggies and bread of your liking. Slice the bread in half, light mayo on one side and light oil on the other. Then layer with mayo and a heavily layer of spinach, orange peppers, then light bacon, then layered with the turkey breast, then tomatoes, orange peppers, ham, then topped with provolone and closed the lid with the top of the oiled bread. Wrap extremely tight pulling the two slices of bread tight, put in the refrigerator with something heavy on top, (help tighten it up), for about an hour, slice to liking and enjoy.
