Paudhoc Africa Peer educators are typically the same age or slightly older than the group with whom they are working. They may work alongside the teacher, run educational activities on their own, or actually take the lead in organizing and implementing school-based activities. We can help raise awareness, provide accurate information, and help their learners develop skills to change behavior. These are some of the ways we use in schools around the Kenya: Leading informal discussions Video and drama presentations One-on-one time talking with fellow students Handing out condoms, leaflets and brochures Offering counseling, support and referral to services. “We are creating a better tomorrow”
