Paul Walker was a well known car guy. If there was one character from his many movies that can easily be related to his real life, it was Brian O’ Connor, a character from the Fast and Furious franchise that we all love and miss dearly. Not only did Paul express his love for cars on the big screen but behind all of that lies a true petrol head. Some of you may be aware of the tuning company he owned AE Peformance with Roger Rodas who was piloting the Porsche Carrera GT when it lost control late last year. Sadly without Paul and Roger the performance and racing shop in Valencia CA was unable to operate without them, which has sadly left most of the staff looking for new jobs and the workshop boarded up for good. However there is a group of enthusiasts and beloved fans of Paul who want to keep the shop open for viewing purposes but without Paul and Roger’s leadership and financial support, it’s impossible. Paul Walkers car collection isn’t quite on the scale of Jay Leno’s or The Sultan Of Brunei however he does own some rather fantastic cars. Mostly classic American and Japanese imports, it consists of a few Mustangs, Toyota Supra’s, Nissan Skylines, Nissan GTR’s etc… Always Evolving Racing that was founded in 2013 by Rodas and Erik Davis was working with Walker’s estate to organise the sale. The cars will be conducted through high end brokers.
