Paul told the church in Philippi, “Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice!” One might say, “Easier said than done,” and the reality is that life is hard, but when we have Jesus Christ, although we’ll still have many afflictions it’s different than before because now we have hope through Him. Paul suffered greatly for the cause of Christ, he said that in whatever circumstance he was in, he had learned the secret to being content. In this life there will be many times where we won’t be happy because of our circumstance, but instead “in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your request be made known to God.” When we come to God in prayer He then guards your heart and mind, all your troubles, your afflictions, hurtful emotions, and fears suddenly begin to fade away. Are you troubled today? Are you having a hard time rejoicing? I encourage you to go to Jesus today through prayer, tell Him how you feel, ask Him to help you, give Him thanks for everything He has done and will do, tell Him how much you love Him. Be encouraged, remember that God loves you, “the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit.” Philippians 4(NASB). This has been a 5min devotional, Reaching the Unreached One day at a Time. Pablo le dijo a la iglesia en Filipos, “Regocijaos en el Señor siempre. Otra vez lo diré: ¡Regocijaos!” Uno podría decir, “Más fácil decir que hacer”, y la realidad es que la vida es difícil, pero cuando tenemos a Jesucristo, aunque todavía tengamos muchas aflicciones es diferente que antes porque ahora tenemos esperanza a través de Él. Pablo sufrió mucho por la causa de Cristo, él dijo que en toda circunstancia él había aprendido el secreto de estar contento. En esta vida habrá muchas veces en donde no estaremos felices por nuestra circunstancia, pero “antes bien, en todo, mediante oración y súplica con acción de gracias, sean dadas a conocer vuestras peticiones delante de Dios.” Cuando venimos a Dios en oración, entonces él cuida de tu corazón y mente, todos tus problemas, tus aflicciones, tus emociones que duelen y tus miedos de repente comienzan a desvanecer. ¿Estas preocupado? ¿Se te está haciendo difícil regocijar? Te animo a que hoy vallas a Jesús mediante la oración, dile cómo te sientes, pídele que te ayude, dale gracias por todo lo que Él ha hecho y lo que hará, dile cuánto lo amas. Sean alentados, recuerda que Dios te ama, “La gracia del Señor Jesucristo sea con vuestro espíritu.” Filipenses 4(LBLA).
