Paula Priesse - September 30th Shutdown here we come! The Dem Senate voted 54-46 today to table the House proposal to fund the government while delaying Obamacare for a year. Imagine the media excitement as they blame the mean Republicans with their videos of sobbing schoolchildren unable to enter the Air & Space Museum, the families being turned away at Yellowstone, and the woman not getting the passport needed to visit her dying father overseas. This allows the press to once again label the Repubs as the party of “No.” Hmm … but it was O and Reid who refused to negotiate. Well, we all know the GOP is for big business and is anti-union. But it was O who gave big business a one-year delay and the unions hate it. Okay, but Dems tell us the Repubs don’t care about avg. Americans. But the new CNN poll shows only 38% favor Obamacare while 57% oppose, so it’s not the Dems who support the majority. Hey lib media, say hello to your new Democratic Party! The party of “No,” is pro big business, anti-union and couldn’t care less what Americans want. P
