Pauline Virginia Nelson passed away on September 21, 2013. Pauline was born on November 14, 1938 in Corpus Christi, Texas to Babe F. & Pearl Hudson. She was a lifelong resident of the Aransas Pass and Rockport area. Pauline was a member of the Ingleside VFW Auxillary and Faith Baptist Church in Aransas Pass. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Robert Nelson, son Billy Wayne Pierce, and two brothers. She is survived by six daughters, Helen (Don) Tumlinson of Manville, Texas, La Donna Early (Jim Dye) of Rockport, Texas, Shirley Wiltshire (Robert Vana) of Ingleside, Texas, Darlene (Sonny) Potter of Natalia, Texas, Carol Watson of Natalia, Texas, and Glenna (Manuel) Garcia of Devine, Texas; son, Otis Pierce of Natalia, Texas; sister Alice Kelly of Rockport, Texas; and numerous Grand, Great, and Great-Great Grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 24, 2013, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. with the family present between 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. A funeral service will be conducted on Wednesday, September 25, 2013, 2:00 p.m. at the Charlie Marshall Funeral Home Chapel in Aransas Pass.
