Pause reps! If you are stuck doing the bench press with no gains try this. Start with a weight thats manageable for up to 6-8 reps(I went for 10 reps). Lower the weight (eccentric movement) then pause an inch off the chest or on the chest for about a second begore exploding up (concentric). This takes the momentum away from bouncing off your chest and makes you only use those pecs, shoulders, back, and triceps. Try this for 3 sets or so. 57FIT
