Pay Benefit Team Leader Assist the Employee Relations Section Manager in developing reviewing and maintaining a compensation model and ensure that it is compliant with relevant local and federal laws as well as aligned with employee value proposition Participate in analysing and evaluating existing compensation and benefits programs coordinate with external consultants and participate in annual salary market benchmarking surveys to ensure that compensation and benefits are cost effective as well as competitive in the labour market Manage the annual pay review process as applicable and liaise with the Finance Division regarding pay increases Ensure that senior management is provided with accurate and timely support and effective input regarding financial and nonfinancial recognition programs so as to maximise the performance of the employees and to align with the changing requirements of organisational strategy Ensure that Compensation Benefits policies and processes are integrated into other HR policies specifically Performance Management Talent Development Career Management and Recruitment and handle pay and benefits related complaints issues Manage the implementation of pay and benefits e.g. providing payroll input disbursement of retirement and severance packages maintenance and regular updating of employee financial records and ensure they are provide in an effective and efficient manner Coordinate with Payroll Section Manager to ensure that all payroll variations are communicated and processed and reflected in revisedaudited reports Oversee handling of complaintsqueries directed to the Pay Benefits Team ensure their handling is effective and efficient Coordinate with General Services Division to ensure that all eligible reimbursements as per HR policy are logged and processed Interested candidates with similar experience please send your CV to recuae14atgmaildotcom Skills Bachelor’s Degree as a minimum in a relevant discipline preferably in HR. Nationals 4 years of relevant experience with some experience in a supervisory role Expatriots 9 years of relevant experience with some experience in a supervisory role At least 2 years’ experience as a Senior Specialist Demonstrated experience in managing compensation and benefit programs Experience in developing and managing reward strategies and data analysis Proven experience in using and managing Oracle HRMS Applications.
