Media Release 2 December 2015 Pay-by-phone for parking in Horsham Motorists no longer need cash to pay for parking in Horsham when using parking meters and the Forty Winks car park. Horsham Rural City Council’s Local Laws Coordinator, Maurice Rudolph said the new service is provided by EasyPark. “Registering for the EasyPark service is quick and easy and can be completed in the Smartphone App Store, through Council’s website hrcc.vic.gov.au, or by calling the EasyPark customer service team on 1300 734 070,” Mr Rudolph said. “Once registered, motorists can then use the EasyPark Smartphone App or call the service number to pay for parking. EasyPark then bills the parking fees to your credit or debit card.
