Pay it forward - Yesterday I spent almost $40 on a complete stranger. I had just filled my tank at a gas station halfway between Nashville and Memphis. I noticed a woman in distress. She had been sitting in her car at the fuel pump next to mine since I had arrived. I went into the convenience store for a bit. When I came out, it was obvious to me that this woman needed help. She was crying. As I walked to my car, I stopped and asked her what was wrong. Why was she crying? She said she was stranded. She had no gas in her car and she didnt have enough money to make it home to Clarksville TN. I didnt hesitate to help her. I gladly filled up her cars gas tank. She was so relieved. She asked for my address so she could send me the money. I said its alright. Just pay it forward when you see someone in need of help.
