Paying penance for yesterdays sins! BIG Boxing Day BOOTY BLAST session! Making sure all those extra treats are deposited in the right places. This little exercise was a killer finisher after a heavy sesh. ✨FIT BALL REVERSE LEG RAISES✨ These can be performed on a flat or incline bench (as shown in video). Keep your body tight and SQUEEZE your tush at the top of the movement. I did 3 sets of 20 reps. Awesome for targeting the glutes and lower back.
