Pea River Journal has earned my ire. Had two excited emails from editors about publishing a photo and a prose poem and my Submittable account shows theyve been accepted. Yet two issues have come and gone without my work being used and I can not get a response to emails and private messages as to whether I should consider that I am free to submit these things elsewhere. Have I embarrassed an incompetent group of editors or ought I consider them duplicitous?
