Peace, I think some may have missed the memo on Free, I dont do TRENDY. Yet, if something is TRENDY and beneficial, I simply respect it and stay focused. The Father always taught us NOT to talk about anyone, when we disagree with something we always remain respectful. I think the ALS ice bucket trend is peace and productive. It educates and is raising funds and awareness for a great cause. Now, I am searching within self to develop a trend to educate and bring awareness to the assault on Public Schools and how they are being closed across this country. Now, that impacts the classroom sizes of already overcrowded schools, which makes LEARNING and ADVANCEMENT even more difficult. Now, this causes tension and usually behavior issues are problematic and suspensions become the norm. Suspensions lead to expulsions and then dropouts, all which FUEL the BILLION dollar business of mass incarceration. So U have my respect with the ice bucket and the challenges, but Im focused on other things. I spend too many weekdays speaking at funerals, and too many weekends on visitations.
