Peace Officers versus Corporate policing officers. The duties - TopicsExpress

Peace Officers versus Corporate policing officers. The duties of Law Enforcement Officers: All government employees take an oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies both foreign and domestic, but all too often the individual taking the oath does NOT actually comprehend the duties inherent to that oath. The duties of the Peace Officers are to ensure peace, to stop one person from infringing on and/or violating the rights of another person. The duties of the corporate policing officer is to enforce code violations to generate revenue to the government entity they work for to be used by the government to grow every larger. Often the laws, statutes and ordinances being enforced are a violation of the rights of the individual. This subjugation of individual rights and freedoms committed by the government entity through fines, licenses and fees under the color of law is simply a form of forced slavery and theft. Our rights and freedoms are granted to each person from our creator and the Constitution is written to protect and guarantee that the inalienable rights of each person are respected and NOT infringed on. The Constitution is NOT the source of our rights but is actually a document to limit the government’s authority to infringe on our rights. The Constitution is NOT written to protect the rights of the majority, because the majority will not need protection of their rights based on the fact that they are the majority. The Constitution is written to protect and guarantee the rights of the minority groups and the individual from the majority. Our government officials like law enforcement officers must begin to comprehend that their primary duty and ultimate responsibility is to “support and defend the Constitution”. Every juror has the duty to judge a law based on if the individual juror thinks the law violates the rights of the individual being subjugated and persecuted by the law. If the juror disagrees with the law that is being forced on the individual then the juror has the duty to bring back a verdict of NOT GUILTY. Since jurors are randomly chosen from registered voters and/or licensed drivers living within the United States this means that every person has the duty to judge the law as a violation of the rights of the individual and make their own decision based on their own conscience. This was the system devised by the Magna Charta in 1215 AD as the English people rose up against the tyranny of their King. This method ensured that the people could peacefully resist the would-be dictator and the laws, statutes, ordinances and decrees issued by the King that were in violation of the God given rights of people living within the King’s domain. Our government officials including law enforcement personnel must understand their oath and that if a law, statute and/or ordinance violates the inalienable rights of the individual then their duty is to REJECT and refuse to follow the orders of their superiors to subjugate and violate the God given inalienable rights of the individual. If the actions of an individual are not infringing on the rights of another person then there is not crime involved in the actions and thus individual has every right to engage in the behavior. In particular the duty of our Sheriff’s as the highest ranking law enforcement officer within their county is to defend the God given constitutionally protected rights of each individual within their county. If the a law, statute and/or ordinance is violating the rights of the individual in the opinion of the Sheriff then the performance of the sheriff’s duty to defend the Constitution takes precedence over the order to violate the rights of the individual. This is the ultimate safe-guard of our system of government that our founding fathers put in place to protect the rights of each individual from the tyranny of elected officials that would consider themselves dictators, despots and rulers with absolute power. The question that must be answered by every Law Enforcement Officer in America is “did you become a Law Enforcement Officer to “protect and to serve the people” or to subjugate the people and “protect and serve the corporate entity” by stealing the wealth of your neighbor to pay you and your co-workers wearing a badge?
