Peace and Our Changeless Eternal Nature Your sister or brother’s action does not define them, their changeless eternal nature does. When we choose to define them by some action in time instead of by their changeless eternal nature, it is then we become confused. The ego will try and convince us that we have every right to judge them, but it still does not feel right when we do, and so confusion results. Confusion results by defining them as an event in time, instead of timelessness itself. Their action, and the way we see that action, now becomes our main focus, and interpretation of them. As we magnified their action, we minimize their truth. As their truth is minimized, so too does our inner peace dissolve. They mirror us, and thus when we define them as something they are not we block the awareness to our natural state, the state of peace. Then we judge them for our loss of peace, but what we are not seeing is that it is our own substitution and misrepresentation of their truth, not their words or actions that are the reason why we feel lost and confused.
