Peaceful Revolution – A Century of Ignorance has passed, our intellectuals parrot each other, government as a whole usurps our laws, separation of power is a prehistoric concept, and those who were elected to serve are no longer bound by our supreme law of the land the Constitution. Leaders no longer view history with clarity, the fact is they pervert and misrepresent not only history but the God’s honest truth. We are truly living in an age of absolute and irrefutable ignorance. The federal government has become a tyrannical government, one of which ignores “we the people” and our wishes. Our Supreme Court is nothing but a rubber stamp, no longer the least powerful branch of government, and now second to the Executive branch. Our Supreme-Executive Branch of government in unison act without constitutional authority (ObamaCare, boarder..), conjointly distorting our laws and constructing new laws with every passing day. Our new and tyrannical government has come about because we have been lured away from our founding principles, the purpose of our government “was” limited and enumerated it was created to secure the rights God gave us, not provide for our needs and protect us from the many challenges of life. Progressives from the early 1900’s to modern times have transmogrified our once limited government into the Frankensteinian disaster it is today. Imposing the regulatory welfare state, government imposes regulations on business and commerce through the 4th branch of government the Regulatory Branch of unelected bureaucrats who are able to size and fine individuals intellectual and personal property. What have we allowed to happen? Progressives with the help of the Democrat and Republicans Parties in order to provide benefits to one class or group violate the God given property rights of others. With the false promise of a utopian way of life they attempt to take the challenges out of life while violating everyone’s God given right to liberty. With all of the best intentions in the world they impose usurped powers undelegated in our Constitution upon us, the fact is “most” of what our government does “for us” is completely extra-Constitutional and not within its delegated powers. Our government has become an instrument of oppression and immorality. They seek to remove religion from the public place and our God given right to self-defense… In past compendiums I have discussed the nullification of extra-Constitutional laws, by the state legislators and governors. Rumor is the States cannot nullify unconstitutional acts of the federal government, with the use of common sense I categorically deny this assertion or gossip. Hamilton, Jefferson and Madison, nullification of unconstitutional acts of the federal government a “natural right,” and I completely agree! Rights come from God not men. If our Rights come from God, do “constitutional rights exist? We need only look as far as Federalist Number 45, the powers delegated to the federal government (through the people from the states) are “FEW AND DEFINED,” ALL other POWERS are “reserved to the several States.” Is this clear enough? The State legislatures and governors are the people’s creature, the federal is the creation of the (collective) states, GOVERNMENT IS OUR CREATURE! Our, the peoples Constitution’s 10th Amendment states: “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.” Is this clear enough, do you hear “US” Supreme Court?? Why in the world would the State of California, Arizona and Texas go to the Federal Government to look for permission to PROTECT OUR BOARDERS? The States retain all powers they didn’t exclusively delegate to the federal government. Some say the states are not permitted to nullify laws or actions by the federal government, they have it backwards! Allowing the federal government the latitude to categorically ignore the enumerated powers and limitations set forth in the peoples Constitution at the same time stating the states are powerless.. Sorry, it does not work that way!! Do you seek a “peaceful revolution,” if so make sure you vote in your local and state elections, and for God sake get educated!! Force these temporary politicians to follow our countries laws!!!!!!! Clayton Clayton Weaver
