Peach Flaky: Put a layer of Cream Cracker Biscuits or Soda crackers in the bottom of a baking dish. Filling: 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding, 2 cups milk. Mix till thickened. Add 1 cup cool whip. Stir in well. Put another layer of crackers over this. Cool whip over all. Top with sliced peaches. I made a glaze from the juice from the peaches, & stirred in some peach-orange juice. Simmer, thicken with cornstarch. Let cool slightle, & spread over peaches. Chill. Can use any fruit topping. — with Vera Short-Cheeseman
