Peachtree Christian Church is beginning the search for a Family Life Minister. This is a new position on the pastoral staff reporting directly to the senior pastor. The summary of the position is as follows: The Family Life Minister is responsible for shepherding the children and youth of Peachtree Christian Church and their parents on the journey to become mature followers of Jesus Christ. He (or she) is the champion of our ministries to families with children “from birth certificate to diploma,” and leads the integration of those families into the life of the church as a whole. The Family Life Minister is a member of the pastoral staff reporting directly to the Senior Pastor and provides a loving, approachable pastoral presence to families with children in the home. Our Family Life Department is currently staffed by a youth director, a childrens director, and a nursery director, all of whom would report to the Family Life MInister.
