Peaky Blinders Didn’t you just love this series? Doesn’t every man want to be Thomas Shelby and every woman want to be with him? Such a bad man but in a way we like, such an animal but such a smooth operator, so aggressive and yet so soft, not afraid to die just needs to be loved. But is love the answer to Thomas’s problems? Will he run away from his family villain life of theft, murder and illegal doings to be with the love of his life? or will he stay to run his family business and continue the only life he knows? Of course you’ll know the answer to this question if you have been watching the series but things can still change in the new series. Don’t you just love the women in Peaky Blinders also? Charlotte Riley joining the cast in this series was wonderful creating a love triangle between Thomas and Grace with herself involved. Would you choose Charlotte’s character? Wealthy, intelligent, well spoken, lonely but gorgeous Or Grace also very pretty, but trustworthy is questionable but the accent is enough to completely ignore the whole undercover part of the series and she is we believe Thomas’s choice after family and business of course. Then there is Polly who is an amazing strong character in this series, and his sister and sister in law all excellent strong female characters. The brothers mostly complete nutters. They are very aggressive and fighters but none of them have the brains to lead the family the way Thomas Shelby does. Tom Hardy took a part in this series due to his wife Charlotte Riley being such a fan of the first series she wanted in on this series, which led to Tom Hardy who had never watched Peaky Blinders landing a part as a Jewish villain. I found this series to be most enjoyable but I must say I was slightly disappointed in the ending. Watch the real Peaky Blinders, die hard fans as I found this most interesting, it revels the myth behind the razor blades in the hats and how the name Peaky Blinders came about as well as some history on Birmingham and the strong women of Birmingham youtube/watch?v=DDzfeTTigKo
