Peanuts journey to Savin Juice. I was contacted by a friend that came across Peanuts needs for a new home. She had been living with a family that had a very important job for her to do. Peanut was a therapy dog for a little boy that has Aspergers Syndrome. He had his Rx to have his therapy dog, however they are renters. The landlord told them that they were more than welcome to have a dog for their son just not one that has Bully breed in it. They had 2 weeks to have Peanut gone or be homeless. I know a family that has a boy with Aspergers syndrome and they have been talking about getting another dog. So I wanted to save Peanut and hope to get her back to the job she knew and loved so much. Peanut clearly needed time and training to learn that new people in her life can be a good thing. And we have a foster family ready and waiting to work with her. Peanut is still stable, she pooped last night and ate her entire breakfast this morning. She is doing so good they may do her x- rays today of her leg. Please keep her in your thoughts and prayers.
