Pebble, the border terrier from one of my first ever commissions sadly passed away this year, after a life of both great love but also illness. Her wonderful and devoted owner Anna has now decided to share her life with another dog, an incredibly joyful puppy, Hero. Whilst I have shied away from simple dog studies recently I was utterly delighted to be asked to draw the new addition to her family. He is seven months old now, a healthy, achingly cute ball of energy. However Pebbles sweet nature will long be remembered by so many who knew her.
