Pecan Cheese Ball 2 [8 oz] pkgs cream cheese, softened 1 [8 oz] can crushed pineapple, drained 1/4 cup chopped green pepper 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion 2 teaspoons seasoned salt 2 cups chopped pecans, toasted and divided Combine first 5 ingredients, stir in 1 cup pecans. Cover and chill until firm Shape mixture into a ball; roll in remaing 1 cup pecans. Place cheese ball on serving platter; serve with crackers and strips of green and red bell peppers. Yield: one 5 inch cheese ball.
