Pedals on my road bike…. Ok….I am riding in platforms on my road bike per my surgeon so I don’t twist my knee when I clip out for 6 months. After a few big rides, I am finding they are just making me mash and doing more harm than good. HOWEVAH……my Speed Plays are still not broken in and VERY hard to clip out..ergo twisting my knee...A friend of mine recommend the Speed Play light action instead because they have lots of play and no breaking in time. Anyone else have a preference in pedals that has a knee injury where there is NO breaking in time?? I will stick with the platforms on my mtn bike because I am actually feeling more confident riding with them. Thanks so much in advance!
