Pedestals are ever so appropriate and uniquely crafted to display and elevate the most beautiful, the most valuable things. Statues and works of art, medallions or precious metals and gemstones. Whenever we find people on pedestals, they are generally modeling something external like clothing, or presenting works of art generated from unique thought or creative teams; the pulpit is even a pedestal. We marvel and are entertained by the beauty of those things presented via the pedestal, the stage, the platform, while the moment lasts. The only things that can remain on pedestals are inanimate objects; and therefore, when you gaze upon the presentation of anything that appears elevated, remember that it is in its most pure form when the pedestal is deconstructed and these things are next to you - at eye level.
