It is unlikely and heres the science: Immunoassays developed to detect THC metabolites usually have certain degrees of cross-reactivity with the ring-opened compounds such as CBD, CBC (cannabichromene), and CBG (cannabigerol). This means that CBD can adopt a very different comformation compared to THC. THis ring-opened property of CBD causes the antibodies not to recognize the molecule and, therefore CBD itself cannot trigger a positive result on a drug test. (Reference Page 7)
