Bay Area, CA: This is a part-time position with a competitive hourly salary and benefits package. The primary responsibilities of the PHE Bay Area Program Assistant are to provide program support to the other members of the program team, manage program operations and materials, and manage data collection and evaluation. The Bay Area Program Assistant will report directly to the Bay Area Program Director and works closely with the entire city team. The Program Assistant role is an entry-level position and will provide training, coaching and support to position high performing candidates for direct opportunities for increasing responsibility and growth within the organization. Los Angeles, CA: This is a part-time (up to 20 hours/week), entry-level position with a competitive hourly salary. Program Assistants have direct opportunities for growth within the organization. The primary responsibilities of the PHE Los Angeles Program Assistant are to provide program support to the other members of the program team, manage program operations and materials, and manage data collection and evaluation. The Los Angeles Program Assistant will report directly to the Los Angeles Program Director and will work closely with the entire city team. Peer Health Exchange is looking for someone who: Has or is working towards a Bachelors degree; Is committed to the PHE mission; Has excellent writing and editing skills Has excellent organizational skills and can successfully manage detailed logistics and program operations; Is flexible and willing to work non-traditional hours as needed (late nights and some weekend hours); Has command of all Microsoft Office programs, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; and more!
