Peer Moin Shah Youth in Kashmir are mostly indulged in negative aspect of social activity, deprived of creative and substantive thinking due to negligence of sound parenting.Except, marginalized section of youth coming from good background and personal development who enter into professional studies outside, rest are dropouts.There are section of youngsters from corrupt and spoil brat type driving motor byes rashly as joy ride with full of stunt and performing gymnastics on the streets of death to cause havoc everywhere. A great subject of concern for the enforcement agencies.I pose the question to the institution of traffic police that why are they being silent on this naked dance of death and insecurity for the commoners?.
