Peerzada reviews Construction work of Ziyarat Khanaka-i-Faiz, Panah Directs for early completion SRINAGAR, SEPTEMBER 24:- A meeting regarding the status of on-going construction work of Ziyarat Sharief Khanaka-i-FaizPanah, Tral was held under the Chairmanship of Minister for Public Enterprises, Haj, Auqaf & Floriculture, Peerzada Mohammad Sayed today. The meeting was informed that the estimated cost of the project is Rs.10.13 Cr, out of which Rs 6.22 Cr stands released to the executive agency. The executing agency completed the works up to the tune of Rs 7.77 Cr and a balance amount of Rs 3.91 Cr is required for the completion of balance work. The details regarding the offerings collected by the Shrine and other resources generated out of rent receipts and fee collected from the school was brought into the notice of the Minister. It was also decided during the meeting that the Tourism Department shall release the balance fund in favour of the executing agencies and a deadline of June 2014 was fixed for completion of the balance works. The Minister directed all concerned departments and agencies to gear up for early completion of the construction of the Shrine. The meeting was attended by Secretary, Revenue, MD JKPCC, Director Tourism Kashmir, Special Officer Auqaf, J&K and DGM JKPCC, Administrator Auqaf Islamia, Tral and Administrator Auqaf Islamia, Shadra Sharief Rajouri.
