Peg Redlinger is a devoted and caring Immokalee Foundation board member and has been a mentor for the TSIC program for four years. As a mentor Peg brings different opportunities to her mentees. After learning that her mentee was interested in the culinary arts, Peg coordinated with the Bay Colony Golf Club to provide an experience for her in which they can prepare their own meal in the kitchen. Another fantastic opportunity Peg offered to her mentee was a summer experience where she particpated in the drama program at the Gulfshore Playhouse in Naples, FL. “You always need a person to be there and push you further towards your goals and dreams. This person was my mentor, Mrs. Peg Redlinger.”, Peg’s mentee Jennifer reflects.
