Pelican Bay beautiful place to visit. Free over night stay and quiet relaxing rooms. There are prisoners there who are being in solitary confinement fro ten or more years on average. Cruel and usual punishment is the topic. The death penalty is better than torture. Cost less money if the prisoner choses to leave the earth via death. Thing is, there are those who use guns to steal money, there are those who steal money with the powers of taxation, judgement by laws and fees on to of everything
