Pelvic floor muscle! You may find it easier to fit when you do them around your babys rhythms. You could do some exercises when your baby is sleeping, or each time you feed him. Or you could use another cue, such as when you boil the kettle to make yourself a cup of tea. Or you could try: Sticking small coloured stickers around your home, or at work. Seeing these is your cue to tighten your pelvic floor muscles! Set up a reminder on your phone at set times of the day. Use a pelvic floor smartphone app to remind you. Jess
