Pendulum Lunges Start by standing with your feet hip width apart, toes slight pointed out, engage your abs, shoulder back (think about sliding them into your back pockets) Inhale. Take a step forward with your right leg, lowering your body so both knees are at a 90* angle. Your right thigh should be parallel to the floor. Make sure your knee does not extend over your toes Exhale and bring yourself back to the starting position Inhale. Step back with your right leg, lowering yourself toward the floor with both knees at a 90* angle. Left thigh should be parallel to the floor, again making sure that your knee does not go over the toes. Exhale and return to starting position That was one rep! Do 15-20 reps then switch legs.
