PennDOT crews finished paving and painting traffic lines on the Route 309 Bypass in Bucks County and the westbound lane of County Line Road in Bucks/Montco earlier this month, four weeks ahead of the mid-November completion time. The $4.4 million pavement improvement was made possible by the state’s new transportation plan, Act 89, which I strongly supported. Through this resurfacing project, which began June 16, PennDOT repaired areas along 9 miles of Route 309 (Sellersville Bypass) between Church Road and Tollgate Road in Hilltown and West Rockhill townships, and the westbound lane of County Line Road between Lower State Road/Kulp Road and Route 611 in Warrington Township, Bucks County, and Horsham Township, Montgomery County.
