Penny had a good time today but WHEW! I understand my crew being tired. They do have to do a lot!Toast and biscuit and biscuit and gravy, Salads and soups and drinks and mimosas and bloody marys and their tickets and ring in people and seat people and help with to gos..I remember when I did it for 9 hours plus and the first 4 hours are okay but then the last 3 hours start to get tough when you have people coming in both doors and they are fierce when they come in because they want a table and they want it now! So we are all ready to get out of here and watch the second game so everyone enjoy your day!! Penny loved seeing everyone today and I will say this!!! My café was jumpin today and it does not get better then that..Its a cafes dream!!! Peace...
