Penny is home from the vet’s. They took the punch biopsy and we are sending it across the country to an exotic pet pathologist to make sure there is no mistake, but the vet is leaning towards it being cancerous. Then what was supposed to be a routine tooth filing turned into much more. She has a severe infection in her gums that was not showing itself. She had to pull 3 teeth today and flush her gums out. She is on a penicillin regiment for 3 weeks to clear that out. We are just hoping beyond hope on this one that the vet is wrong. Thank you everyone for your thoughts and prayers for her. She needs them.
