Pennys Cowboy Goulash for a Crowd! Ingredients 5 lb ground beef, turkey or pork 52 oz can Ranch Style Beans 29 oz can corn drained (regular or mexi corn) 2 TBSP chopped garlic (fresh or jar) 1 large yellow or red onion, peeled and chopped 2 Cans of Rotel Tomatoes (Keep Juice) 1 TBSP McCormick’s Burger Seasoning Sea Salt & Black Pepper to taste McCormick’s Taco Seasoning to Taste Crushed Red Pepper Flakes to Taste 2 lb bag of elbow macaroni (cooked to just andante and drained) 2 lbs of sharp cheddar grated Instructions Pre-heat oven to 350° In a Large Cook Pot, Combine Onions, Garlic and dry seasonings (except for Taco Seasoning & Red Peppers) with the ground meat and brown until just done; Drain excess grease. Add Rotel Tomatoes, Taco Seasoning & red Pepper flakes and just enough water to mix into meat mixture and cook about 10 minutes on low heat. Combine cooked macaroni with the meat mixture, ranch beans and corn to the cooked macaroni and mix together thoroughly and pour into a large casserole pan (or a couple regular sized ones) Top with grated cheese and bake until the cheese is bubbling and beginning to brown!
