#Pensacola Blue Wahoos owners Quint & Rishy Studer paid $5.2 million cash for the former Emerald Coast Utilities Authoritys #MainStreet plant. The 19-acre site sits near the corner of Main and Devilliers across the street from the bay and Pensacola Bayfront Stadium. Roughly between 1937 and 2011 the site operated as a sewage treatment plant. The Studers plan sports fields, an arts and education component, a small medical park and residential space.
