People act so shocked when I tell them that Dwayne & I have been together for over 2 years now & Ive never spent the night over at his house. 2 reasons I dont spend the night with him. Reason 1: I never sleep a night without my daughter in the same house. Shes my responsibility 24/7 365. Reason 2: when you start spending the night with a man, you eventually start living with that man, you start living with that man & youre no different from any other girl hes been with or seen before. He starts thinking, hey, shes living here now, no need to go get that ring. Well, what I want Dwayne to know is, that I just dont want that ring, I deserve that ring. Just like a lot of girls these days WANT attention failing to realize they deserve respect. Hooking up & laying up with these boys, wont find you a husband. Just like having/making a child doesnt technically make you a parent. -show him that youre different. It makes a difference. #thatoldfashionlove.
