People all over internet are posting about MSYs and Abu Azmis statements about rape....my opinion on that (more like an explanation),...1st, Abu Azmis comments made 0% sense...India is a secular and not an Islamic country ....his comments are so dumb that its not even worth discussing...2nd about MSYs statement...TBH, even though he said some crappy things about boys make mistakes and all that, on the whole he made some sense, he said false allegation from women should be punished, which is fair enough...he also said death penalty should not be given for rape cases, here i think he should been more sensible to explain which law he is against...according to section 376A, death penalty can be given if the victim is dead in the act or left in persistent vegetative state (unconscious state that lasts longer than a few weeks) or causes wounds that cause mortal death... 100 % fair law.....but the law in question is 376(E) which states that repeat offenders shall be given death sentence.(without causing mortal injuries or death)..this is the law he was talking about....imagine, two false allegations, and a person will be given a death penalty...IMO, he made some sense, its not complete bullshit as people claim,,,, but the way he put forward his opinion is nothing but pathetic.....now before bashing someone, lets not just go by the usual mob mentality and believe what ever the media says...Lets not generalize cases. Understand the persons opinion fully, before u hit the panic button...
