People always ask me how I keep inspired to create... I think the best answer is forced isolation. When you spend time alone whether it be mentally, physically, or emotionally it forces the brain to think. Whether you are being active and doing things in the isolation or simply keeping still it doesnt matter. It causes the brain to interact with itself and thats where the ideas are born. Its the moments of stillness that are the most creative, thats when the active thinking is happening.
