People are always asking me about my camera setup. For the studio I use 3 Alien Bee Strobes, Tripod, Canon 70D, 100mm Macro lens. I love that setup. But unless you want to learn a lot about photography it might be more than most want to get into. I bought this Canon Powershot S120 point and shoot to take shots around the facility of eggs being laid, hatching, etc. This camera is awesome. I think for most people not really wanting to get into photography, but just wanting to take pictures to sell animals they produce, this camera is the way to go. All of the pictures I have taken of females on eggs have been with this camera. It also shoots HD video. I think this camera gives you the most bang for your buck.
