People are constantly asking me for tips, but really how many of them apply what I say to their training, diet or lifestyle? I wanted to write this brief post about the importance of getting a good trainer, do your research and get one - it will be one of the best investments you ever make. Theres a reason even proffesional athletes have coaches/trainers, no matter what you think you know, theres always more to learn. If you think youre doing everything right and dont understand why you arent seeing progress or results - chances are youre doing it wrong. Think about how much money you spend on drinks, cigarettes, and other stuff you dont need in the long run, yet a body that you carry with you, your entire life - most people dont pay as much attention to, until its too late. So, you can either spend your money on a trainer that can teach you how to live healthy and improve your appearance in the process or you can spend more money on materialistic things that you will eventually break, lose interest in, lose, etc. When you really sit down and think about it, it isnt much of a choice and if you settle for the latter, then do everyone (including myself) a favor and stop asking for tips, because itll only go into one ear and out the other. Unless you only have one ear. 😎
