People are letting me know that they are reading Genesis for Ordinary People. Today I had a letter from a mathematician who had worked out some very engaging mathematical equations based on the first eight words of Genesis. The ancient world attributed numbers to their alphabets. We still use the Roman numerals I V X L C D & M, Hebrew and Greek alphabets had a number for each letter in their alphabet. Its quite amazing how the numbers of the first eight words of Genesis all fit together.
