People are missing the point of the whole Ferguson case involving Michael Brown. It is not simply the fact that A white cop, shot an innocent unarmed black male. (I use innocent loosely) but the fact that African-Americans (particularly males) are far more at a disadvantage within the criminal justice system. There are an outstanding amount of black males being incarcerated by rate in this country, in comparision to white males for similar or worse crimes. This is what the Ferguson case is really all about. Change for equality within the justice system. THIS IS WHY THERE ARE RIOTS! NOT BECAUSE a WHITE COP shot and killed a black male, but because a black male was once again stripped of his rights. The people rioting want change for equality within the justice system. (Although I do not agree with the riots and believe peaceful protest will do Ferguson a lot better)
