People are often frustrated by calorie counting. How many times have you heard-I only eat 1200 calories per day and I cant lose weight? You MUST take it a step further and consider the source of your calories. In fact, its not uncommon to see people fix their Macronutrient ratios and get MUCH LEANER even though they are eating an extra 400-500 calories per day! Remember, your body responds totally different to 350 calories of candy vs. 350 calories of steak and broccoli!
