People are probably going to hate me for this, but I think Mothers Day and Fathers Day are stupid. First of all, you shouldnt need a dedicated day to treat your parents well - if you have a good relationship with them, cool, but if you dont, I dont see the point in playing nice for a day. Second of all, not all parents deserve to be celebrated. Third of all, if you choose to have children, thats a sacrifice you made - If I choose to cut off my leg for whatever reason, nobody be throwin me a Legless Day. Jussayin. Long story short, celebrate your parents when you choose, not all parents deserve celebrating and its a parents choice to be a parent.
